Join in with other members as our coach takes you through an hour of exercise from cardio endurance to strength and interval conditioning. Every class is built to allow the appropriate coaching time for you to learn and refine functional movements. When it comes to programming, metabolic conditioning is a big part of how our classes are structured. The approach is to achieve the right stimulus for each individual.

Our Burn classes are great for members who want the varied, high-intensity aspect of what CrossFit has to offer without the barbell. These challenging workouts will keep you moving through a variety of body-weight, dumbbell and kettlebell movements.


For those who are new to CrossFit, your journey with us begins with an intimate class structured around learning the fundamentals. Work  with one of our coaches as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier.  Fundamentals of CrossFit is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements.
