CROSSFIT

Join in with other members as our coach takes you through an hour of exercise from cardio endurance to strength and interval conditioning. Every class is built to allow the appropriate coaching time for you to learn and refine functional movements. When it comes to programming, metabolic conditioning is a big part of how our classes are structured. The approach is to achieve the right stimulus for each individual.

Give yourself the opportunity to meet with one of our certified coaches in a one on one class, where we can breakdown and tackle any inconsistencies in movement and build stronger technique.

LET IT BURN

High reps, high intensity and minimal rest time. This class lets you focus on overall endurance, both muscular and cardio. Mix things up with some lifting and some athletic conditioning. 

All BURN classes incorporate strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility in a fun, creative and challenging circuit style class that can be performed by people of all levels. Whether you're looking for body recomposition, gain muscle, or increase your overall fitness, BURN is the class for you. 

FUNDAMENTALS OF CROSSFIT

For those who are new to CrossFit, your journey with us begins with an intimate class structured around learning the fundamentals. Work  with one of our coaches as you begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier.  Fundamentals of CrossFit is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. It is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements. 

There is no additional costs for these skills classes as they come as part of your first month of membership with us!
